We have been working on a system that puts submission wrestling into phases that enables all levels of students levels to train together and compete and learn on a level field. Our system is always evolving as is the sport, but now we feel we are at a position to unleash it. Therefore we have worked with Craig Long at YMAA in York www.kikbox.co.uk and have set up York’s premier ground fighting and submission wrestling club.
